I, Rochelle Golden has worked in the mental health(psych) field, part time for about six years, working as a patient care counselor. Our labradors play a big part of my job, helping others. Animals can touch a heart that no human can ever do. I'm very blessed to have labradors to help heal hearts or just bring a smile to their day. This is why we encourage everyone to take  part in getting your dogs therapy certified. It is amazing to see how dogs can touch peoples lives. You can see a picture below of Gunner and I leaving the hospital. Due to privacy and safety, I'm unable to take pictures while inside the hospital. However, Gunner and I plan on attending nursing homes soon in our area.

Skylar,our daughter is five yrs old..She enjoys cheerleading this year for the Cowboy's flag football tem..Skylar loves the labs and is following in my footsteps in the obedience training. She is quite the little helper. When it comes to the puppies, she helps with the manners, obedience and especially bath or playtime.

Dalton, our son is seven yrs old. He enjoys baseball and playing flag football as well.He loves to play "chase" with the labs or puppies. The labradors love Dalton to pieces and spent hours outside playing with each other. He is a great helper with the labs and pups. His favorite time is cuddling on the couch with them. Dalton cannot sleep without a labrador on his bed at night.lols

I often tell our kids: "Labs are just like people. Treat them as you want to be treated . . . for they will be your best friend for life.”

Each lab gets vitamins and all the proper nourishment needed, with vet checks and quality dog food. We feed Eukanuba large breed for our labs and lab babies..Our labradors are obedient well mannered and enjoy spending time with the family. We always have three to four labradors in our house at all times. Each lab takes turns to spent indoors with us. Our labradors are not just put in a kennel and forgotten. Labradors are just like people and need: love, affection and security to maintain a healthy, happy lifestyle. . Our  females are given breaks in-between litters to produce healthy, sound, well-rounded puppies.

At times, we do take in labrador rescues to train and find forever homes...

Larry Golden has worked and managed a Big O Tires store for 20 years in Louisville, KY.He started loving the great outdoors as a child. In his younger years Larry learned about the labrador breed. He found labradors were true, loyal and had a great skill for retrieving. Today, he enjoys duck  hunting, attending DockDogs,and other fun events with our labradors
